Starting May 17th we will be having 2 services on Sunday Mornings. The new service will be at 8:45 a.m. It will be for our 'At Risk' community. Those over 60 and anyone with autoimmune issues are encouraged to come to this early service. Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory. This service will not have the praise team, but Todd will be leading worship.
We are not starting Sunday School/Connection Classes yet. The time between services will be used to wipe down and disinfect the building as well as praise team practice. Connection Classes, nursery, and Pathfinders will start back at a later date.
There will be some changes that you will notice at both services: Fewer chairs - We'll be removing half of the chairs to increase spacing between rows No Nursery or Pathfinders - We will bring these back in the future, but not yet. No Meet & Greet during the service - Again, this will be brought back in the future, but not yet. Offering Baskets - We will have baskets stationed at the back of our sanctuary for you to give. We will not be 'passing the plate' for a while. You are still encouraged to give online or send a check through the mail. Communion - We have purchased pre-packaged communion cups with wafers to use for a few months. Welcome Cards - We will be removing pens from the chairs, but you can still use a Welcome Card for prayer requests. Masks - Anyone who feels more comfortable wearing a mask is encouraged to do so. Some will not be wearing masks, and that's alright as well.
For those of you who do not wish to return to large gatherings yet, our services will continue to be available online. We will not stop live-streaming after we come back together. You are welcome to take your time coming back. Please come back when you feel it is safe for you to do so.
We know this will be a slow process of bringing everything back to our new normal - whatever that will be. Thank you for allowing us to serve you online through these last two months, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
OUR MISSION: "TO MAGNIFY GOD by making disciples who KNOW, SHARE, & MULTIPLY CHRIST."
OUR PRAYER: "Father, make the door of this house which was raised to Thee, wide enough to receive everyone who is in need of human love and a Father's care, and narrow enough to shut out all envy and hate."
We Would Love to Have You Visit Soon! ...Worship Service...Sunday @ 10:40am
